1. Choose Your Artwork
Select one or more original paintings from the current collection, or commission a custom piece designed to complement the home's colors, style, and architecture.
We will discuss monthly pricing, depending on size and number of paintings. Billing is straightforward.
2. We Deliver & Install
Delivery and install, within 200 miles from Wilmington, NC, each painting to ensure it is positioned for maximum visual impact. If outside of 200 miles, we will ship to your location.
Most luxury staging projects use one or two large-scale originals for a two- to three-month rental.
3. Showcase the Home
The artwork becomes a defining design element, helping create memorable spaces that photograph beautifully, impress buyers, and elevate the perceived value of the home.
4. Purchase or Return
If the homeowner, buyer or you fall in love with a painting, rental payments (up to two months) are credited toward its purchase.
Otherwise, we return to professionally remove the artwork at the end of the rental period or can be billed for shipping if outside of 200 miles.
